Spa Haus Signature Membership

This membership includes a monthly Custom Skin Care Treatment or a 60 minute Haus Signature Massage! $135/month

HydraFacial Membership

This membership includes a monthly Signature HydraFacial, but you can upgrade to Deluxe or Platinum at anytime. $175/month

Luxe Membership

This membership includes either a monthly Platinum HydraFacial or Glacial Gloss . Get your glow on! $275/month

    • Each month, you’ll receive one service voucher, based on the membership you select.

    • Memberships are billed monthly on the day you enroll. (You can change the date upon sign up if you’d like!)

    • Members enjoy 10% savings on all services, products and gift cards.

      Excludes series, packages, and promotional offerings.

    • The membership fee is automatically charged to the card on file for your convenience.

    • Life happens. If you miss a month, your unused vouchers remain on your account, allowing you to redeem multiple services in a future visit if you wish.

    • Unlimited vouchers can rollover

    • Upon cancellation, any unused service vouchers will expire 30 days after your membership ends.

    • Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

    • Accounts with outstanding balances will be canceled if payment is not received within 30 days, and any unused vouchers will be forfeited.

    • A 4-month minimum commitment is required. After that, memberships may be canceled at any time with 30 days’ notice.

  • Q: My family member is coming to town. Can they use one of my vouchers?

    A: Vouchers are tied to individual member accounts and aren’t transferable. However, you’re welcome to purchase a gift card for them and enjoy your 10% member savings on the purchase.

    Q: If I need to cancel within 24 hours, what happens?

    A: We’ll apply your service voucher to the cancellation unless you prefer for us to charge the card on file. Just let us know.

    Q: I’m interested in a membership to see a specific provider. What if they’re unavailable or no longer with Spa Haus?

    A: Memberships are with Spa Haus rather than an individual provider. Our team is carefully selected and highly skilled, and we’d love to match you with another provider you’ll enjoy. If you decide a membership is no longer the right fit, simply provide 30 days’ notice to cancel.

    Q: How do I cancel my membership?

    A: Cancellation is simple. You may cancel directly through your online account, or email us at hello@spahausnashville.com and our team will take care of it for you.
