What to Expect: Prenatal massage at Spa Haus Nashville is performed by licensed massage therapists trained in techniques appropriate for pregnancy. We use positioning specifically designed for expecting mothers — no lying flat on your stomach, no guesswork. Your therapist will check in with you throughout the session and adjust pressure and focus areas based on where you're carrying tension that day.
Sessions are available in 60 and 90 minutes.
Important to Know: Prenatal massage is available for clients who are past their first trimester. If you have any complications with this or prior pregnancies, we require a doctor's note before your appointment.
